Ashjyoti Foundation is committed to transparency and fairness. By accessing our website (https://ashjyotifoundation.in) or participating in any of our programs, initiatives, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.1. Eligibility for Programs

  • Courses and Scholarships: Our programs are open to individuals aged 14–70 years, including 12th-passed students, college students (B.Com, BBA, B.A, M.Com, MBA, M.A, BCA, BSc IT, B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT, M.Tech), physically handicapped individuals, army personnel, police personnel, and similar categories.
  • Free Laptop and Desktop Initiative: Participants must be enrolled in one of our courses and pay a one-time ₹100 admin fee for the lottery-based selection process.
  • Support a Talented Person Initiative: Selection is based on demonstrated talent and financial need, as determined solely by Ashjyoti Foundation.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information while applying for scholarships, volunteering, or enrolling in any course.
  • Use all course materials, resources (including laptops/desktops), and content only for educational and personal learning purposes, in accordance with our Intellectual Property policy.
  • Maintain respectful behaviour towards trainers, volunteers, staff, and fellow participants during all programs and activities.

3. Program Modifications    

Ashjyoti Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or discontinue any program, course, scholarship, or initiative at its sole discretion. We will notify participants of any significant changes through email or the Notice Board on our website.4. Payment Terms

  • Admin fees (₹500 per module for courses and ₹100 for the Free Laptop & Desktop Initiative) are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
  • All donations and sponsorships made through our “Donate Now” page or the “Support a Talented Person” initiative are non-refundable, as they are immediately utilised to support our programs.

5. Limitation of Liability     
Ashjyoti Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our programs. This includes (but is not limited to) technical issues, program cancellations, or unmet expectations regarding job placement, career outcomes, or learning results.       

6. Governing Law       

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
