Ashjyoti Foundation is committed to transparency and fairness in all its programs, donations, and initiatives. This Refund Policy clearly outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our courses, the Free Laptop & Desktop Initiative, donations, and sponsorships.

1.   Admin Fees for Zero Tuition Courses

Under our flagship Zero Tuition Fees for All initiative, students are required to pay only a nominal admin fee of ₹500 per module for courses such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, Web Designing, E-Accounting & Taxation, and others.

Refund Eligibility

  • The admin fee is non-refundable once the student has attended the first session of the module.
  • Full refund of the admin fee will be processed if the student withdraws before the module starts.
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 working days of approval.

How to Request a Refund    
Send your refund request to contact@ashjyotifoundation.com

         (mail to: contact@ashjyotifoundation.com) with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Course Name & Module
  • Payment Receipt / Transaction ID

2.   Refund Eligibility

This fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative and processing costs of the lottery system.

 3.   Donations and Sponsorships

All donations made through our “Donate Now” page and sponsorships under the Support a Talented Person initiative are non-refundable. These contributions are used immediately to support our programs and beneficiaries. In case of an accidental donation, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@ashjyotifoundation.com. We will review and consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

Changes or Cancellation of Programs

Ashjyoti Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

In such cases, if an admin fee has already been paid for a cancelled module, a full refund will be processed within 15 working days.
